Post Stamp Printing Enterprise is a State-owned enterprise doing business activities and making independent accounting under Vietnam Post and Telecommunication Corporation.

Functions and duties are to print all kinds of stamps including duty stamps, collection stamps, stamped envelopes, stamped postcards; standard envelops for meeting domestic and export demands.  Also, to print Post Office published materials including publications serving the issuing and selling of stamps such as stamp lists, propaganda sheets, First Day Emission envelopes (FDCs) and stamp folders. Many non-philatelic items are printed for the government.
