Working in partnership with Ashton Potter USA Limited, various issues were printed by this company for Ashton Potter USA in the early 1990s.  Examples are the 29c Wild Flowers and 29c Christmas Toys sheet stamps of 1992, the 29c Circus set and the 1994 29c Winter Olympics.

James T Paterson & Company, Augusta.

James T. Paterson was a dentist before he purchased Ludwig's equipment, started engraving, and made the move to Columbia, South Carolina.  They printed banknotes in 1862, with stamp production following the next year.

The photographic term "snap" first appeared in 1904, when the Photogravure and Color Company produced prints that had a "snappy effect, and show the fainter portions of the nebulosity."  The company existed in 1908 – possibly even earlier.

Quayle & Son Corporation, New York.

Quayle & Son, Albany, NY printed the New York stock transfer stamps for many years, beginning with the first issue in 1905. They ceased business in 1942 when they still had the contract for these stamps.
